It provides the content available on the website and sells goods in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

1. General provisions

If a consumer purchases goods via the website, such a mutual agreement is deemed to be a distance contract and is subject to the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union governing distance contracts (including the Republic of Latvia’s „Consumer Rights Protection Law”, Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 „Regulations on Distance Contracts”, etc.).

2. Making purchases and prices

  • The prices of products sold in the online shop are shown in euros (€) next to the products.

  • To place an order, the Buyer adds the desired products to their shopping basket, fills in the required fields and selects a delivery method.

  • The total cost of the order, including delivery, is displayed on the screen before the payment is confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

You can pay for your purchase using the payment platform makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS):

  • Latvian online banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor.

  • Estonian online banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor.

  • Lithuanian online banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor.

  • Payment cards: Visa / Mastercard.

Important: When using the online banking method, you must click on the button after confirmation “Return to the retailer”. Personal data required for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The distance contract comes into effect as soon as the payment has been successfully credited to the Seller’s bank account. If it is not possible to fulfil the order, the Buyer will be informed and the amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

4. Terms of Delivery

Goods are delivered to: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and other EU countries. Delivery partners: Omniva, Venipak, DPD, Latvijas Pasts.

  • Delivery times: Latvia (2–4 working days), Lithuania/Estonia (3–5 working days), other EU countries (up to 9 working days).

  • In exceptional cases, the Seller is entitled to complete the delivery within 45 calendar days, provided the customer is given sufficient advance notice.

  • All duties and taxes (if any are payable at the destination) shall be borne by the Buyer.

5. Right of withdrawal (for cosmetic products)

  • The buyer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

  • ⚠️ Exception for cosmetics: Pursuant to paragraph 22.5 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods have been opened and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (for example, opened decorative cosmetics, creams, serums, etc.).

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal for goods that are unopened and in their original packaging, the Buyer must complete the withdrawal form and send it by email to: info@lolashes.com.

  • The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal. The Seller shall refund the money within 14 days of receiving the goods or receiving confirmation. The Seller may not refund any additional delivery costs if the Buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard option offered.

6. Warranty and non-conformity of goods

The Seller is responsible for the quality of the cosmetic products and their compliance with the terms of the contract throughout their shelf life. If a manufacturing defect or non-conformity is discovered, the Buyer is entitled to lodge a complaint within 2 months of the defect being discovered by writing to info@lolashes.com. The seller shall provide a written reply within 15 days.
